FAQ About Modern Soviet Women
When we refer to modern Soviet women, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Slavic, Russian women, we mean women from the former USSR who all speak the Russian language and have similar cultural backgrounds.

Is language a barrier?
At present times modern Soviet women have at least some knowledge of English and often they speak a few other languages like: German, French, Italian, Spanish.
On the first page of profiles we indicate knowledge of English: poor - knows only few words, cannot speak English, writes with dictionary, some - can speak a little, write with dictionary, good - can speak quite well, write with dictionary, fluent - able to speak and write very good English without help of dictionary.
On the second profile page is a summary we usually indicate knowledge of other languages, if any. It is good to send the first introduction letter in English and Russian to girls who know only poor English.
Communication problems due to different languages usually do not last long. When one of these modern Soviet women falls in love with you and prepares to move to your country, she will learn your language very quickly.
Will these modern Soviet women consider interracial relationship?
The former USSR consists of 15 republics, each of them is completely different nationality and ethnicity, with 15 different languages.
There are a few republics such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan that have mainly yellow race population. Georgians and Armenians look like Italians. Estonians and Lithuanians have very similar Scandinavian looks.
At the present time, after a few hundred years of mixing, Russia itself consists of people with very mixed nationalities.
You actually can very rarely find 100% Russian with pure Slavic genes.
Considering all this, it can be said, that there was never any form of racism in Russia and Russian girls are very tolerant to people of different races and cultures.
In fact many will find it exciting to meet someone different and will have no objection for creating a family with him.
How do these ladies look at different religions?
For many years religion in former USSR was prohibited. It began it's revival only 15 years ago.
Many modern Soviet women these days consider themselves as Orthodox Christians but rather almost never attend Church or are they very religious.
At present time 40% of Russian women are Orthodox Christians, about 20% are Catholic Christians, 10% belong to other religions and about 30% are not religious at all.
Five republics out of 15 in Russia consists of mainly Muslim population.
There are also areas inside Russia (as Tatarstan) that consists of Muslim people. Having over 25 nationalities and languages mixed within former USSR, Russian people are very patient and understanding to different religions.
Even if you are Hindu Buddhist, or Jehovah's Witness, you will find your match in Russia.
How much of a chance do I have to marry a girl with an attractive profession such as a doctor or model?
It's like with every other women: how much love, affection, care and understanding have you got to offer?
Doctors and models do receive 10% more letters than girls of another professions, but as all the other women they want to be loved and feel special.
Send her a very interesting letter, be different, show your undoubted interest, make her feel beautiful and desirable, and she will reply to you.
I doubt if anybody will reply to me... (e.g. disabled, rare religious beliefs, difficult profession, very special requirements)

What is the difference between modern Soviet women from the 15 republic of the former USSR?
All 15 republics are 15 completely different nationalities, customs and Religions, and completely different languages, unrelated to Russian language.
If woman is Russian she will have European looks despite living in any of the 15 republic.
Actually it is not easy to find someone in Russia with 100% Russian blood. In one European looking girl you can find mixture of Russian, Polish, Jewish and Tartar blood.
Pure Ukrainians have 2 types of people: blondes with blue eyes and black hair with brown eyes.
Pure Belarusians are blond, pure Estonians have very Scandinavians looks with pale-blond hair and cold blue eyes. Pure Russians have blonde to light-brown hair.
Georgians and Armenians have Italian/Gypsy/Romanian looks. Few republics as Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan belong to yellow race. Russian women live in all of 15 republics, because their ancestors immigrated there 50-200 years ago.
