Hi, thanks for your e-mail. I am receiving your newsletters and always look forward to reading them. I am currently just trying to assess whether the art of pickup is what i need in my situation. I just came out of a five year long relationship which i believed would be lifelong. As a result of the breakup and the circumstances surrounding it, i have been dealt a great blow to my self esteem and lack the confidence when it comes to showing interested to approaching females. I know approaching females may seem difficult to do at the moment, but getting yourself out there is the best thing to do after a long term relationship has ended. At the same time, you can enjoy being single because there are certain positives about being single which you never know when you will be able to enjoy again.

Of course, this is the type of advice you might get from just about anyone you ask, and my goal is to give you something more. A better way to look at things and perhaps more constructive advice...

So basically you're feeling a lack of confidence about approaching females and your esteem has been hit, and that may be affecting your ability to attract the interest of new women. Well, let me tell you something, you were in a relationship for 5 years so women will look at you as a MUCH better catch than just any guy they might meet.

It's even OK to allow them to see you definitely feel some sadness over it ending but also show them that you're very positive about meeting new women.

You see, all of that is HONEST and it also has nothing to do with confidence, so you need not worry about it. Simply by having this attitude, and simultaneously enjoying the benefits of being single, your vibe will be as attractive as it needs to be.

The other thing is you may be lacking some confidence about approaching females because you might not know what to do, how to act, or what to say in order to successfully meet & interact with new women (not just vibe good, but actually do something about it).

Then, in that case, yes the DVDs & the newsletters we send out will be useful for you because they'll provide you with a game plan. A game plan will help you because it will offer you knowledge and know-how which, in tern, boosts your confidence.

That is the 2-part constructive advice I can give you. Realize the positive about the situation and don't sweat the esteem issues because they don't have to be part of how you go about approaching females.

And, with the help of practical advice on the HOW part, you can further enhance your confidence and produce some results for yourself.

In the end, it's your life and it's up to you to decide what you want, it's very easy to take the easy way out but it's not healthy for the long term. It does take some effort but it's not as bad as you might be seeing it now, and especially if you can look at it in a positive way.
