One of the most important things in any relationship is communication. This is even more true in a mixed cultural relationship where two different languages are spoken. Until you actually start travelling to meet any of your Russian girl friends, correspondence will play an incredibly important role in your success with Russian women online.

This does not mean that you have to be a professional writer. You do, however, have to write from your heart. By this I mean that you must be sincere and able to write what you feel. Your sincerity will come through in any language.

It is much easier to communicate by letter via email than postal mail. Obviously, email is much faster! It can take up to 2 weeks for a letter to reach Russia, and many pieces of mail from foreign countries get lost.

My first suggestion is that you spend some time and sit down to write a good introduction letter or use mine. This letter should be used over and over again, but the effort is only expended once.

You should make this letter to be very basic and not detailed. My introduction letter was short. It was about 3 paragraphs.

Especially in your first letter, I do not recommend that you write in detail about why you want to search for a wife in the FSU, what your goals and dreams are, what your life is like, the type of woman you want to meet, etc. You can write all that information later as you get women interested in you.

Always speak from your heart and be sincere. This type of letter will get responses from the more serious kind of woman. In other words, she will be more qualified. In the beginning of finding a Russian woman, it is all about the "numbers"! The saying goes, "If you throw enough spaghetti onto the wall, some of it will stick!"

This approach will get a higher response than a detailed letter does. If you want the highest possible number of responses then you should probably just go with a basic letter. This should be just something along the lines of 'Hello....I saw your profile...my name is...etc...'

Just briefly describe yourself, why you decided to write her, and tell a little about whatever is on your mind. This will get more replies because it is non-threatening and the women do not feel like they really have to make a choice about you right away. It is kind of like here we are, let's see what happens.

Always remember this: a Russian woman does not consider you to be anything more than a possibility until you meet in person! The choice is yours as to how to proceed.

Beyond this, you should be prolific. Write to at least 100 ladies over a period of several weeks on even months, unless you wish to prolong the time it will take you to find a wife. Of those 100, you will only get around 10-15 replies. IF you follow my advice that I wrote in my ebook, "Your FIRST Letter to Russian Women", you could get 50 or more replies!

In the beginning when I first started writing to Russian women, my response was low - and very discouraging! My first, second and 3rd letters were too long.

After 2 years - I finally got it correct.

Then I had more young and beautiful Russian women who wanted to marry me than I could handle! I cover all this in my second ebook, "How To Get Russian Women to Want to Marry You!"

Of course, your responses may vary! It will depend on so many variables such as your age and appearance, and her age and appearance.

If you are writing to teen super-models, or women 20-30 years younger than you, you may be lucky to get a lower response rate!

My caution to you is to be reasonable. Do not waste her time or yours if the age gap is more than 15 years. Many of these Russian women will be interested in you if you are 30 years older than her. Even if you do marry her, chances are that after you age even more the age gap even gets greater. It is so tempting to be writing to such young attractive women. Your ego swells up and your sexuality gets mixed up with common sense. Use your brains and not your male sex organ make the decisions. After you are married to a woman who is 10 to 15 years younger than you, you will have the rest of your life for her to flatter your ego and to satisfy you sexually. Ask me how I know this! :>)
